Es una pequeña comunidad ubicada entre el Mar de Cortés y las montañas de Sonora, está rodeada por el campo de golf Country Club de 18 hoyos. Nuestra comunidad opera bajo una Mesa Directiva elegida por la comunidad y con un Administrador baj contrato para manejar las responsabilidades diarias. The Royal was established in beautiful San Carlos, Mx. It is a small community nestled between the Sea of Cortez and the mountains of Sonora and is surrounded by the Country Club 18 Hole Golf Course.
Our community operates under an elected Board of Directors with a paid Administrator to handle the day to day responsibilities. We have a set of Bylaws that were established upon formation of the Home Owners Association that are followed.

Erik Ruiz Cano es nuestro Arquitecto del Residencial. Cualquier plano para casas nuevas, remodelaciones, adiciones, etc. debe ser aprobado por Erik antes de que usted pueda empezar cualquier trabajo.
Proyectos de 100 m2 y menos la tarifa es de 3,000 pesos (150 USD)
Proyectos de 101 m2 y mas la tarifa es de 5,000 pesos (250 USD)
Estos costos son responsabilidad del propietario del lote. Se deben pagar las tarifas de propietario y tambien se requiere un deposito de daños por 30,000 pesos antes de cualquier proyecto de construccion.
