CUOTAS / FEE
A cada propiedad se le ha aplicado una tarifa basada en su tamano de metro cuadrado mas un porcentaje de las areas comunes de la comunidad.
Las tarifas se evalúan anualmente y pueden pagarse de la siguiente manera: mensual, trimestral, semestral o anual. Los propietarios que hagan el pago anual de las cuotas antes del último día de febrero tendrá un descuento de un mes por pago puntual.
Las cuotas no pagadas antes del 31 de diciembre se les cobrarán intereses del 6% del saldo adeudado Cualquier propiedad con un saldo adeudado de más de 3 meses se les cancelaran sus tarjetas para el acceso al Residencial, mismas que serán activadas hasta el pago o los arreglos para el pago.
Las propiedades NO pueden venderse hasta que todas las cuotas se paguen en su totalidad y el administrador haya emitido una "Carta de no adeudo"
Each property has been assessed a fee based on its square meter size plus a percentage of the Community Common areas
Fees are assessed annually and may be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
Annual payment of fees before the last day of February will be given a one month discount for prompt payment.
Fees not paid by December 31st will be charged interest of 6% of the balance owing
Any property with a balance owing of more than 3 months will have their gate cards cancelled until payment or arrangements have been made for payment.
Properties may NOT be sold until all fees are paid in full and a "Letter of Debt" has been issued by the administrator
